Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your data. This document describes how information is processed on the IT Market site.

1. Data Collection

We do not require registration and do not collect your name, email address, phone number, payment details, or other directly identifying data unless you voluntarily provide such information through a feedback form or direct communication.

If you create an account, we process the username you choose, a password hash, session data, registration time, and anti-abuse technical signals such as a hashed registration IP address. Full IP addresses are not stored by the account system by default.

If you submit a tool rating or feedback, we process the rating, message, feedback type, optional contact field, tool URL, language, account username if logged in, and anti-abuse technical signals such as hashed IP and user agent. Full IP addresses are not stored by the feedback system by default.

Technical information such as IP address, browser type, device type, approximate region, page URL, referrer, and interaction events may be processed for analytics. Our first-party cookieless analytics runs by default without cookies or full IP storage. Third-party analytics is loaded only after consent in regions where consent is required, and can be disabled in the banner in other regions.

2. Local Processing of Tool Data

Most tools run directly in your browser. Files, text, images, 3D models, code snippets, passwords, and other content processed by client-side tools are not intentionally uploaded to our server, are not stored by us, and are not transferred to third parties by the tool itself.

You are responsible for the content you process and for checking whether you have the right to process or convert such content.

3. LocalStorage, Essential Cookies, and Preferences

We may use LocalStorage and similar browser storage for essential site functions: saving interface preferences, language settings, tool state, cookie banner status, and analytics consent status. This data stays in your browser and can be cleared in your browser settings.

Essential storage is required for normal site operation. Third-party analytics storage is optional and can be disabled in the cookie banner.

4. Analytics and Consent

We use first-party cookieless analytics by default to understand site traffic, page usage, technical errors, and general performance. For visitors from the EU, EEA, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, and unknown Cloudflare country codes, Google Analytics and Yandex.Metrica are disabled by default and load only after you click “Allow third-party analytics”. In other regions, third-party analytics may load by default unless you disable it in the banner.

We use our own cookieless server-side analytics and may use Google Analytics and Yandex.Metrica according to the consent/default mode described above. Our own analytics does not use cookies or browser IDs and stores pageview statistics without full IP addresses by default. We configure third-party analytics in a privacy-conscious way where possible: Google Analytics runs with IP anonymization, and Yandex.Metrica may use Webvisor session recording (mouse movements, scrolling, clicks and page contents) on ordinary site pages such as the homepage, catalogue and articles.

Webvisor session recording is switched off on tool pages. Everything you type, paste, upload or receive as a result inside a tool stays outside session recording: the tool page initializes Yandex.Metrica without Webvisor and additionally marks the whole tool interface with Yandex's ym-disable-keys and ym-hide-content attributes, so field input and rendered results are not recorded.

You can change your choice at any time: . Turning third-party analytics off reloads the page so that any counter already running on it is stopped, not merely hidden. Clearing this site's LocalStorage/cookies also brings the notice back.

5. Third-Party Services and External Resources

The site may load resources from third-party providers, including Google Analytics, Yandex.Metrica, Google Fonts, Tailwind CDN, Font Awesome CDN, and, if enabled in the future, advertising networks such as Google AdSense. These providers may receive technical information such as your IP address, user agent, referrer, page URL, and request time.

Third-party providers process data under their own terms and privacy policies. We do not control their infrastructure or independent data processing practices.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We may share or disclose information only when required by law, to protect the site from abuse, to investigate security incidents, or when a third-party provider is technically necessary to deliver site functionality that you use.

7. Data Retention

Data stored in your browser remains there until you clear it. Feedback and ratings are retained while they are useful for improving tools, handling abuse, or responding to your request. Analytics providers may retain aggregated or pseudonymous analytics data according to their own retention settings and policies.

8. Applicable Law and GDPR

This Policy is drafted in accordance with the requirements of personal data legislation (including FZ-152 of the Russian Federation and the principles of the EU GDPR). All disputes related to the use of the Service are regulated by the legislation at the actual location of the Service owner.

9. Your Rights and Contact Information

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to request access to, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of personal data you may have provided to us. To exercise these rights or ask questions regarding this Privacy Policy, contact the Data Controller at itmarketadmin@protonmail.com.
