One address handles everything to do with the site and its tools:

itmarketadmin@protonmail.com

What to write about

A tool that produces a wrong result or does nothing at all. A tool you expected to find here and did not. A question about how data is handled, or a request under the Privacy Policy. A copyright or trademark claim regarding published material.

Reporting a broken tool

Three lines are usually enough to reproduce a problem: the address of the tool page, the browser and device you used, and what you expected instead of what happened. If a file was involved, its format and rough size matter more than the file itself — please do not attach anything sensitive.

Rating a tool without writing

Every tool page carries a short feedback block at the bottom. A rating left there is tied to that specific tool, which makes it the fastest way to tell us something is off with one particular page.

Response time

The project is run by a small team, so replies are not instant. Bug reports about a tool that is completely broken are handled first, suggestions are read and collected, and questions about data are answered within the timeframe stated in the Privacy Policy.

About the project

Who publishes the site, how the tools work and why they are free is described on the About page.
