UGC and Sponsorship Price Calculator Online

The worst moment in a negotiation is when a brand asks for your rate and the only reference you have is somebody else's screenshot. Fill in the Deal inputs block: average views, ER, how many videos are in the package, how heavy the production is, and how long the brand wants to run the footage as paid media. You get a floor and a ceiling to negotiate from. Everything is computed locally, so your deal terms stay in the browser. See also: work out engagement from views and likes, check the cut before you send it to the client, fit the finished file under an attachment limit.

How to use it

  1. Put the median of your recent videos into Average views, not your best-ever number.
  2. Enter Engagement, % — the same figure you present in your media kit.
  3. Set Deliverables to the number of content pieces in the package, from 1 to 20.
  4. Pick Complexity: Simple talking-head, Standard UGC, Script + edit or Production-heavy.
  5. Choose Usage rights: Organic only, Organic + 3 months ads, 6-12 months paid usage or Broad paid usage.
  6. Tick Category exclusivity if the brand blocks competitors, then read the Price range block.

FAQ

How accurate is this UGC price estimate?

It is an anchor for a first offer, not a market quote. Real pricing moves with your niche, the campaign budget, the deadline, your recognisability and how badly the brand wants you specifically. Treat the output as the two ends of a conversation: open at the top, do not sign below the bottom.

Why do paid usage rights raise the price more than the video itself?

An organic post lives in the feed for a few days. The moment a brand loads your video into an ad account, it owns an asset that runs for months on media spend that often dwarfs your fee. That is why Organic + 3 months ads, 6-12 months paid usage and Broad paid usage each add more on top of the base — you are licensing, not just filming.

What counts as one deliverable?

One final video for one placement. A vertical cut and a horizontal cut of the same shoot are two deliverables, because each is a separate edit and export. Story cutdowns, extra hooks and alternate endings count separately too — those are usually what eats your revision time.

Should I agree to category exclusivity?

Only if you are paid for it. Exclusivity means turning down the brand's competitors for an agreed period, which closes off part of your market. Always pin the duration and the exact category list in the contract — a word like "beauty" can lock you out of everything from shampoo to luxury fragrance.

I have few followers but strong views — what do I enter?

Views and ER; follower count is not part of this calculation. For UGC that is correct, since the brand is buying content and reach rather than the number in your bio. Plenty of UGC creators shoot for brand-owned accounts where their own audience is irrelevant.

Are the deal terms I type stored anywhere?

No. Every field lives only in the open tab, the math runs in page script, and nothing is posted to a server. Reload and your rates and view counts are gone — nothing is kept in an account or in logs.

Examples

First offer from a small brand
Before: Average views 20000, Engagement 4.5%, Deliverables 1, Simple talking-head, Organic only
After: The baseline range for a single organic video with no buyout — the low end of the scale, no exclusivity premium
Package with paid usage
Before: Average views 20000, Engagement 4.5%, Deliverables 3, Script + edit, 6-12 months paid usage, exclusivity on
After: The range multiplies: three assets, scripted and edited, a long paid usage window and a competitor block
